Registration & Fees

Please note that you will need a user account to register for the conference.

Create an account by clicking on "Registration" in the yellow box on the right and select "I have no UNIGRAZonline login. All required data must be entered." Now enter all user-related information.

When you have completed the registration, you can log in to the conference under Login for external persons (again in the yellow box on the right side). Add the conference to your shopping cart and pay.

Fees:

Early bird registration until April 30 2024: 425 EUR, thereafter 450 EUR. The fee for PhD-students is 350 EUR – this fee does not depend on the time of registration. Cancellation of registration is possible until 1 June 2024. In case of cancellation, processing fees of 10% will apply. 

The conference fee includes the cost of catering (get-together, coffee breaks, lunchs and gala dinner). An accompanying person for the gala dinner will be charged 80 euros.
