Cancellation free of charge is possible until 18.00 seven days before arrival. Cancellation fees of 100% will be charged for late cancellation/no-show.

All double rooms are equipped with German beds 1 frame but 2 separate mattresses there are no TWIN rooms. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with bath/WC, minibar, hairdryer, cable TV, telephone, free W-LAN

Cancellation conditions:
- up to 40 days prior to arrival: free cancellation possible
- 40 days to 2 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee less 25% for services not provided (breakfast, laundry)
- 2 days before arrival and NO SHOW: 100% cancellation fee
